At the same time, in terms of appearance, they practically do not differ (except for the color and straps, of course). Apple does not disclose details about the single-chip systems: not even the frequency of the CPU cores is reported. We only know that all SoCs have two of them, but Series 3 has the most productive SoC. We cannot verify this with any tests, but traditionally the difference will be felt with the release of new versions of watchOS. For example, on the very first Apple Watch, the new watchOS 4 significantly slows down. As we can see, the main difference is the potential availability of the cellular version. However, it should be noted that in Russia such options are not yet officially on sale, since our operators do not yet support this option in the form that Apple implements (via eSIM and using the same number from the iPhone).
